The fox has a day gestation.

A baby’s gender is determined at conception, and the different genitalia of male and female fetuses develop from the same tissues in the embryo. View this animation that compares the development of structures of the female and male reproductive systems in a growing fetus.   The very principle that makes us alive at conception, the human soul, is what makes us a unified and vivified life-form. And it is what makes us, along with the body it vivifies, a human person. At the end of life, this unifying and vivifying principle is separated from the .

Human fertilization is defined as the Conception in the human female book between egg and sperm cells to cause a pregnancy. In humans, fertilization is an internal process, which is to say, it takes place inside the body of females, particularly in the Fallopian tubes, hence the more specific term natural or 'in vivo' fertilization.

The egg-sperm binding can be performed in the lab, too. Generously illustrated in full color, the text provides current information about human reproductive anatomy and physiology.
